Here’s another work of art ruined by a selfie-taker. In 2017, a woman tried taking a selfie with artist Simon Birch’s work in Los Angeles. She lost her balance and fell against one of the pedestals in the piece, which fell against the one behind it. The entire row of pedestals toppled like dominoes, causing $200,000 of damage.
